Learn to Curl League
The program for new curlers consists of six instructional sessions, followed by a schedule of beginner league games for the balance of the season. Each instructional session is designed to familiarize you with the game, one step at a time.
Each week you will be led through a 90-minute program by members of our club who are experienced curlers and have been trained by our club coaches. Our program follows guidelines provided by Curling Canada.
Sessions are held on Sunday afternoon, from 3-4:30 p.m., unless otherwise specified. This season, the instructional program begins on November 23rd and finishes on January 4th, 2026.
The Learn to Curl League, which also runs from 3-4:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoons, consists of 11 games and begins on January 11 and ends on March 22, 2026.
Cost for the season: $317.21 (HST included). This fee includes a pair of shoe grippers.
Do I need additional equipment? All you need is a dedicated pair of narrow-soled athletic shoes. The club provides the use of club brooms.
